MSW Interns
Post- MSW Doctoral Students
FAC provides field placements for graduate student interns, mostly social work students. These students have come from the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, Michigan State University, and the Ohio State University. They include both direct practice and management students; the number of interns is on average 10. Presently, FAC has 9 student interns.

FAC also offers a post-MSW experience for University of Michigan doctoral students in the Joint Doctoral Program in Social Work and Social Science and hosts international students and faculty. Training provided to interns and others involved with FAC includes weekly professional development seminars, legal consultations, and individual and group supervisions. The professional development seminars are open to all staff in the agency.
